In observance of the safety protocols, guidelines for intensified cleaning standards across Crimson properties and other establishments under Chroma Hospitality have been implemented. Guests are picked up at the airport upon arrival via hotel vehicles with customised driver-passenger partitions and equipped with hand sanitisers and wet wipes for safety. Upon arrival at the hotel, guests will undergo thermal scanning and a sanitising foot bath mat which will be in every entry point inside the property. UV sanitisers will also be used to disinfect and sanitise all guest luggage before being delivered to respective rooms. Moreover, rest assured that each room has been disinfected and remained empty for 24 hours prior to check-in for thorough cleaning and disinfection.
