The first week of Leo season brings opportunities for truth, expansions in friendships and time to clear up any money confusion. This is Tatler's weekly horoscope for the week of July 25 to 31.

Welcome back to our weekly astrology series led by Hong Kong-based Western astrologer, De Rui.

Having grand plans and high ideals is great, and this week is a chance to ground them first in reality. Cosmic energies now call on us to correctly assess the world before we can know how to improve it. Teamwork and collective efforts remain a theme as Jupiter joins Saturn back in Aquarius.

Honesty hour

Star signs impacted the most: Aries and Libra don’t have to take it personally.

The beginning of the week is an opening for more truth to come to light, either intentionally or by accident. Someone could call out the elephant in the room. A situation may demand that we tell it like it is. Not everyone will be ready to confront the facts but we will be better off for it in the long run.

Dream big with friends

Star signs impacted the most: Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius get a dose of optimism.

Jupiter, the planet of expansion and abundance, returns to Aquarius on Wednesday, extending the themes of friendship, teamwork, and respect that we celebrated at the recent Full Moon. On the same day, the planet’s contact with Mercury in Leo signals a time to dream big with your colleagues, besties, and with your networks.

Talking money

Star signs impacted the most: Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn can find firmer footing.

The back half of the week is a good time to clear up any confusion around money matters, and what it really takes for you to feel comfortable and supported. Seek advice and investigate your options. With Mars contacting Jupiter just before moving out of Leo, beware of overestimating a situation and making any big moves.
