In an unprecedented feat, all ten properties of The Peninsula across the globe has earned a five-star from the recently released 2019 Forbes Travel Guide (FTG).

The Peninsula Manila had risen from receiving four stars in 2018 to its current five this year. Peter Borer, Chief Operating Officer of The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited, which operates The Peninsula group attributes this international success to the immense amount of hard work from colleagues across the ten hotels. In recognition of the employees of The Peninsula, the group will provide teams at each hotel a range of rewards over a five-day perios including complimentary massages, Afternoon Tea experiences, and special menus.
For guests of The Peninsula Hotels, it will offer guests a special reward. Between 27 February to 31 May 2019, guests can enjoy the best available rate, flexible check-in and check-out, an upgrade to the next available room category based on availability, and a dining or spa credit subject to certain terms and conditions.
