Outstanding estate developers and projects in the country received recognition from the recently concluded The Outlook 2018 gala dinner and awards presentation hosted by online real estate platform Lamudi
Delivering the evening’s first keynote speech, Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno talked about the country’s sound economic fundamentals and sustained investment grade rating.
Meanwhile, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Deputy Governor Diwa Guinigundo also shone the spotlight on real estate as a key driver of economic growth--underscoring that the industry is far from overheating and that the central bank sees no evidence of asset price bubbles.
Ambassador Jose Santiago L. Sta. Romana, Philippine Ambassador to China, then discussed strengthening China-Philippine relations and the cross-border opportunities that have opened up, particularly in the property sector.
The keynote speeches followed into the awards segment of the evening. The awards were presented based on the extensive property seeker survey conducted by Lamudi. Among the biggest winners of the evening are: King Properties Inc. (Best Boutique Developer of the Year 2018 - Visayas and Mindanao), Primehomes Real Estate Development, Inc. (Best Boutique Developer of the Year 2018 – Luzon), Megaworld Corporation (Best Developer of the Year 2018 - Visayas and Mindanao), and Ayala Land, Inc. (Best Developer of the Year 2018 – Luzon). Avida Towers Asten by Avida Land Corporation also won Best Premium Condo in Luzon for Trust & Reputation.
