A glittering masterpiece of contemporary design, Aurelia Residences by Shang Robinsons Properties, Inc. recently opens its elegant showsuite highlighting the property's well-crafted features that offer a new sense to luxurious living

Thoughtfully crafted with timeless style, elegant design, and safe architecture, Aurelia Residences is soon to rise along McKinley Parkway corner 5th Avenue to offer a sense of place and relaxing sanctuary for families in the midst of the bustling central business district.

The 17-billion peso project is a three-tower residential development by Shang Robinsons Properties Inc., a joint venture between Shang Properties, Inc. and Robinsons Land Corporation, which marks Robinsons' first high-end project. As it sets to change the skyline of Bonifacio Global City in the next five years. The design was developed through a collaboration between Architect Brian Lee of world-renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) and elite design company FM Architettura d'Interni founded by Francesca Muzio.

The property features expansive open spaces, commanding skyline views, resort-style amenities, and convenient access to the city's key spots. The three towers vary in height and are interlinked at the centre imitating the shape of a flower. This gives each of the 280 bespoke homes unobstructed panoramic views, maximised through floor-to-ceiling windows in every area of the unit including a spacious balcony. The design elements evoke the modern concept of the Italian ideal of sprezzatura, an effortless and understated kind of elegance.

"We are bringing an unprecedented brand of elegance and luxury," said Wilfred Woo, Executive Director of Shang Properties, Inc. "Our vision is to offer effortlessly elegant living within an urban landscape, especially one that is as fast-paced as what we have here in BGC," he added.

"When you are relaxed and you stay in a welcoming space, you get to be more creative," Muzio said as she was sharing what inspired them in crafting Aurelia. The name is derived from the word aurum, which means gold in Latin, and aurelia or aurilius, a term given to relatives of the Roman caesar. Its femininity evokes sophistication and regality, which influenced the architects' direction and taste for the furnishings of the suite.

The well-appointed suites ranging from 220 sqm to 430 sqm have either two or three bedrooms, entertainment room, kitchen, spacious wardrobes in each rooms, and an open layout living room extending to the balcony and dining room. Design details have been meticulously thought of, highlighting excellent Italian craftsmanship.

Furthermore, although the floor-to-ceiling windows offer unparalleled views of the cityscape, the architects wanted to maximise energy by not only letting-in natural light but also natural air with secured and risk-free ventilation windows.

Aside from the luxe living space, the 6,000 sqm property also has lifestyle amenities such as a beautifully designed resort-inspired pool and pool deck area that connects to a canopy room with a stunning outdoor view for private functions, along with elegantly-appointed function rooms and lounges to celebrate intimate milestones. Other exclusive amenities include a home cinema, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and a well-equipped gym for fitness buffs.

"We designed the function room in a very Filipino way, as we know that when families and friends have a party they want to do as much as they can and thus, the need for space," Muzio explained.

Moreover, Aurelia Residences Director of Business Development Pamela Ann Perez expressed her optimistic outlook on this project, saying that it could stand as a double-purpose purchase for investors. "It is a good investment and could also be an alternative for downsizing from your living condition," she said.

"We envision Aurelia Residences as a community of friends and families, living comfortably amidst the bustling metropolis," Muzio said.
