A Feast to Remember
Hello,
Few chefs practice sustainable gastronomy like Simon Rogan, the British-born chef who holds Michelin Green stars across his two restaurants: three-Michelin-starred L’Enclume and one-Michelin-starred Roganic Hong Kong. Now, Rogan is bringing his farm-to-fork philosophy to Singapore as he takes over La Brasserie’s kitchen from October 3 to 14. This is part of the Fullerton World’s Best Chefs series launched in May 2022, which brings international chefs to the island for exciting culinary residencies.
Prepare for a sumptuous feast, as Rogan presents signatures from his restaurants, as well as exclusive dishes crafted just for this residency using local, regional and English ingredients.
