A knack for style comes naturally to this young woman. This trendy fashion designer is the daughter of businessman Ricco and model Tina Maristela Ocampo. She is currently the creative director for her eponymous brand BETINA, which she started in 2012, while completing her studies at Parsons School of Design in New York City. Fashion blogs and critics took notice and soon enough Barney’s New York was carrying her line. Coveted features in Style.com, Harpers Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Forbes, and Town & Country soon followed. To top it off, she was included in Vogue’s “11 Designers You Need to Know Now” list and Elle magazine’s “Most Stylish Women of New York” list, too. In 2015, Betina was granted a TOFA (The Outstanding Filipino Americans award) in NYC.
