Enrico "Rikki" Dee

CEO, Foodee Global Concepts

With over 30 years of experience in bringing top restaurants and food brands to the Philippines, Rikki Dee is one of the country’s most prolific restaurateurs

Rikki Dee is the founder and CEO of Foodee Global Concepts, which has a vast portfolio of brands to its name. These include food court staples, like Chin’s Express, Inihaw Express, and Handaan Grande; as well as more upscale casual dining brands like Mesa, Bench Cafe, Sunnies Cafe, and Todd English Food Hall. But that’s not all—the Foodee group has also brought home Michelin-rated brands like Tim Ho Wan, Hawker Chan, Tsuta, and Kam’s Roast. Dee started over 30 years ago with a small restaurant named Chin Chin along Pasay Road, and found a patron in Henry Sy Sr., who then encouraged him to expand into the SM food courts. Now, Dee is at the helm of an empire that spans a broad gamut of successful restaurants, influencing the tastes of the Philippines’ mall-going class. He runs the business with his son, Eric Thomas Dee, who is now managing director of Foodee Global Concepts.
