Chef Margarita Forés takes her expertise to Grace Park Dining, a proudly farm-to-table restaurant serving Filipino-inspired Italian food. Diners who stumble upon the comfortable restaurant (a tribute to Forés’s paternal grandmother) should not miss its fried squash blossoms with mascarpone and prosciutto di parma; the seafood and squid ink carta di musica salad; and, of course, the carabao butter organic chicken and Ilocos garlic.
