WHY GO

The lunch and dinner buffet has seven huge stations comprised of appetisers, Western, Korean, Japanese, Filipino, South Asian, desserts, and an array of fresh seafood like shrimp, clams, crabs, and mussels. The dinner buffet also has a prime rib carving station.

• Try the Indian food. The breads like the home-made naan from the tandoor oven and roti, paired with the curries, are good.

• The dessert station is the biggest spread offering Pinoy halo-halo, home-made ice cream, native cakes, pastries, and fresh local fruits.

• At the barbecue station, try the authentic Hong Kong-style roast pork served with yellow mustard and soy chicken with ginger oil sauce.

• The cheese station has about 10 kinds of hard and soft cheeses.
