  • A classic starter, the Caesar salad is done in the Old Manila way, which is innovative and simply should not be missed.
  • Also for starters, the Hokkaido scallop crudo is a lighter alternative to beef carpaccio, both of which are excellent.
  • For seafood lovers, the grilled barramundi is perfectly seasoned, succulent, and delicious.
  • Highly recommended is the Saga Striploin A5 with a side of shiitake mushrooms. This is one of the most delicious steaks this side of Manila.
  • For dessert, one must have the Peninsula Valrhona “66,” a crunchy mousse made with Valrhona chocolate available only at Peninsula properties. Perfection!
