Tucked inside the Dusit Thani Manila is a Japanese restaurant with modern interiors known for its excellent traditional dishes. Umu, which means “to produce” in Japanese, clearly delivers an authentic spread that includes sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, donburi, yakimono, tempura, and other delectable selections.
