TATLER TIPS

• Expect the usual big-ticket items such as live seafood and roasts and they are done exceedingly well here. But to fully appreciate the chef’s exemplary talent, pick from his creations such as the steamed grouper fillet with eggplant in special sauce and fried chicken with spicy garlic sauce.

• The dim sum set menu for lunch comes at an amazing value and includes standouts such as the four fortune shrimp dumplings and the shrimp and Kurobuta pork dumplings.

• Their wine program is excellent, with the best vineyards of the world well-represented, and bottles properly preserved in

optimal condition.
