2019 Generation T honouree Cat Arambulo-Antonio tell us more about her multiple entrepreneurial endeavors and her newfound passion for wellness.

Raw. Real. Authentic. In business, this has become Cat's mantra as an outspoken blogger, social media personality, and entrepreneur. “I speak my mind with no filter. I stay true to myself and take full responsibility for everything that I say and do. People should know that I’m a very loyal paying customer first before I endorse and collaborate on anything,” she says.

When it comes to self-love, her mantra—Strong Mind. Active Body. Happy Heart—also appears to have served her well.

As the multi-hyphenate founder of Catarambulo.com blog, stationery line Catastrophe, and the soon-to-launch online fashion store Cat Arambulo Studio, perhaps a huge part of reaching the oft elusive pinnacle of self-acceptance is managing both inward and outward expectations.

A mother of three, it is also the management of time. “I learnt the importance of learning how to say ‘no.’ I start off by setting my intentions and knowing my goals. Once I know my purpose, I have clear direction of the things I want to do, then I prioritise, and simply, do it,” rationalises the go-getter, adding, “I recently discovered to do everything with intent: Energy flows where intention goes."

The now staunch advocate of a healthy lifestyle has been very vocal about how transformative her recent retreat in Costa Rica with Deepak Chopra was. “It’s what sparked me to reflect on myself and has redefined the way I’m living my life. It opened my mind and heart to become the change I want to see in the world.”

Of her role as a judge on The Apartment, currently the longest running reality competition television show in Asia, she is particularly proud. “It won Best Reality Show [season 6] at the Asian TV Awards when I was in it. “I mean...” she starts, incredulous, “the previous female judges were top-notch professionals. Plus, our season won against tough competition—we beat Gordon Ramsay [MasterChef Australia]! Another feather in her cap, she says, “is being the Philippine representative of Merz Aesthetics. It’s very important to me because I’m able to change other people’s lives and empower them.”

Speaking of empowering, she’s got her plan all laid out. “I want my brand to be recognised globally by being able to inspire and empower people through raising their frequency, not their voice. I also want to meet Oprah and would love to do a Soul Session with her, and be a guest on The Ellen Show.” And once that’s behind her, “I want to continue being able to touch more lives and grow my reach and network... hopefully the net worth follows!” she says with her signature infectious laugh.
