Local boutique developer, Golden Bay Land Holdings, wins big with two projects at the prestigious international Outstanding Property Award London (OPAL)
The prestigious Outstanding Property Award London (OPAL) is known worldwide for recognising exceptional design and execution in architecture, interior design, and property development projects. Their unique panel consists of 29 accomplished professionals composed of architects, planners, interior designers, and purveyors. This year, the OPAL body has recognised Golden Bay Landholdings. Two of their projects, Aspire Corporate Plaza and Garden City were awarded as winners in the property development criteria.

Jardin Wong, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Golden Bay Landholdings, shares that the win was unexpected. These are their first international awards. Yet, despite the surprise, it was also an immensely satisfying achievement for the entire organisation. "We all put in the time and the effort to create projects that really go beyond boundaries. We really took time to understand our projects' impact on the general environment and community around it,” Wong says. As each project had undergone rigorous processes to ensure quality and innovation, the recognition granted to both has become an assuring milestone for investors, partners, tenants, and future residents.
