This passion project of hers contains recipes, entertaining tips, decorating advice, and personal travel anecdotes too! Feast With Me is her first cooking and entertaining book, and hopefully not her last as it is totally relatable and easy to follow.

“Contrary to what most people think, this book is not about luxury. I find that you can serve a delicious meal at home for a fraction of the cost of eating out in the city. This book is all about enjoying good old home cooking washed down with a glass or two of nice wine with your nearest and dearest,” shares Stephanie.

table-w-friends-.jpgHer love affair with all things home and entertaining begun when she was a child. At nine years old Stephanie used to host dinner and tea parties, requiring her friends to come in their best dresses. Little Stephanie even insisted that she set and design her own tablescapes, even at family dinners!  Till today, she is the quintessential host.  Be it a “casual girl’s lunch or a more festive occasion, [she] loves opening up [her] house to the people [she] loves.”

table-9.jpg“After years of working in the food industry, from reviewing restaurants, to catering to running a short-lived restaurant of [her] own, [she’s] found that [her] joy comes from sharing with people.” Thus, she decided why not create this book in order to do exactly that. Feast With Me invites readers to understand who Stephanie is. We learn about some of her favourite cuisines, about her fond memories and about her personal style and taste.

“Travel is such a big part of me and I can never seem to quench my wanderlust. The recipes are my own interpretations of dishes from adventurous moments and “gypsetting” dreams that are dear to me. They are all adapted to the home kitchen with most ingredients being ready available in supermarkets” says Stephanie. With each chapter, she transports you to Paris, Morocco, the Philippines, the Mediterranean, Italy, Spain, Vietnam and India – make your pick and get ready for take off!

table-5.jpgTry your hand at the many easy to accomplish recipes, which Stephanie confirms, that are perfect for beginners and master chefs alike. Elevating home-cooked meals just got a whole lot easier! Aside from full meals you will find a beginners guide to wine and champagne and a selection of basic recipes for salad dressings, dips and desserts that are oh so yummy.
