Only six customers are allowed inside the premises at all times, though they do encourage those who are free to visit them during weekdays to avoid a crowd. 

Not only this, but the store's attentive staff are also on standby to make sure all frames are disinfected before and after each person tries them on. Equipment used by their optometrist is also disinfected before and after each session to ensure absolute safety for every client.

But these days, simply buying things isn't a guarantee for your health — which is why Healthy Options has managed to enforce strict protocol in their stores. There are social distancing markers in place at the cashier area, as well as contact tracing forms ready at the door. Face shields are required, as are face masks without valves. Because Healthy Options also sells cosmetics, management has also banned people from taking whiffs or smelling products. Unfortunately, testers have also been discontinued — but as always, staff are ready to for any questions you may have about any of the items on their shelves.

While Fully Booked has strengthened their online store, their (beloved) flagship in BGC has also undergone the implementation of stringent health measures. Contract tracing at the BGC flagship store is done through QR code (or paper, if necessary). Face shields and face masks are also mandatory. Sadly, Fully Booked has also banned leisure reading so those comfortable armchairs on the upper floors have been taken away and the cafe upstairs has also halted operations. However, this is all done for the safety of personnel and customers, so it's definitely for the best and likely not permanent. Meanwhile, the bookstore still continues to carry a wide range of literary choices for readers of all ages to enjoy and staff are still very ready for any book requests or questions!
