Society has spoken—Mecha Uma's unique Japanese culinary fare is "unreasonably delicious!" Find out who are enchanted by the Chef Bruce Ricketts' innovative venture.

The Mecha Uma restaurant at the Bonifacio Global City derived its name from two Japanese expressions mechakucha (absurd) and umai (delicious or good). It is a privately-run chef ’s table with a menu best described as global cuisine with Japanese inflections—perhaps the first establishment in Manila to offer a true seasonal tasting menu with air-flown specialities from Japan and an extensive use of local organic produce.
