Legendary actress and L'Oréal Paris brand ambassador Helen Mirren posted a picture of herself "first thing in the morning," sitting up in bed. Wearing glasses and no makeup, she asked followers to intensive care support in the battle against COVID-19 in exchange for the candid snap.

This is not the first time that we have seen the French top model without makeup, however, her Instagram account is mainly devoted to snaps from photo shoots and runway shows. It goes without saying that most of the time this means glamorous, chic and sophisticated outfits paired with carefully worked makeup. What a pleasant surprise then, to see her in a tracksuit with carelessly tied-back hair, and without a trace of makeup. It is also an apt reminder of why she has become one of the world's most renowned French models.

In quarantine with family since the beginning of the lockdown, the Brazilian top model is taking advantage of time with her nearest and dearest, and sharing snaps of their numerous activities on social networks. In her most recent post, she has presented several selfies taken in her garden, where she is hard at work on her tan. Like her counterparts, the catwalk star has chosen a look with no makeup, clad only in a bikini and a simple straw hat.

Setting aside a passion for cosmetics that has even led her to establish her own Rose Inc. brand, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is taking advantage of lockdown to let her skin breathe and not bother with morning makeup. In the many photos that she has shared since the order to stay home, she can notably be seen wearing a loose-fitting, homewear satin shirt, with her hair tied back and without a trace of makeup.
