Barefaced beauty was a huge trend during this season's Milan Fashion Week, but luckily for us not everyone got the memo. Here are some of the hottest looks from the Fall/Winter 2017 shows.
Bottega Veneta put a stylish twist on its runway beauty look with Fifties-style quiffs that added a rocky edge to its grown-up palette of taupes and nude shades.
Marni, meanwhile went for a grungy effect, opting for smudged kohl-rimmed eyes and a wash of dark shadow that almost reached the browbone, with the rest of the models' faces kept bare.
Armani channeled the Eighties but put a soft spin on the decade, with a beautifully complementary navy eyeshadow and a cotton candy pink lip. Loose curls added to the pretty overall effect.
Things took on a more daring tone at Byblos, where orange and green eyeliner were used to define the eyes and add to the sleek color-popping effects of the clothes.
Versace showed it meant business with its nude lips and graphic, square winged eyeliner. The brows were also heavily filled in for extra gravitas.
