The first of our bi-annual Fashion Issues brings together three of the most influential fashion names in the country today
Crossing streets in high heels at international fashion weeks, getting dressed by top designers for events, and sitting on the make-up chair of professionals—such is the everyday grind of our cover subjects Kim Jones, Heart Evangelista-Escudero, and Liz Uy.
One after another, each of the girls' glam teams arrived and promptly set up their stations. The holding area was fi lled with makeup equipment, bags of clothes, as well as boxes of shoes and accessories in a matter of minutes. As the theme of the shoot was all about upcoming and current trends, the style-savvy cover subjects each brought a selection of clothing items that best represented their individual style and a distinct interpretation of the latest in fashion.

The rapport between photographer BJ Pascual and the subjects was evident, built upon years of friendship and working together. The glam crew knew the best angles of their clients’ faces down to the way their hair strands fall—so much so that every frame showcased each of the girls' best features.
With the skillful hands, discerning tastes, and watchful eyes of the team combined with the beautiful faces and undeniable style of our cover stars, we were able to make magic happen.
