For Sensitive Skin: Oatmeal and Raw Honey

And because oatmeal is rich in proteins and lipids, it is an ideal moisturising agent that leaves you with baby-soft skin. Paired with raw honey, which is naturally antibacterial with clarifying properties, this oat-based mask is a tried-and-tested skin-soothing treat.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of oatmeal
1 teaspoon of raw honey
1/2 teaspoon of water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Apply a thin layer over clean skin and leave on for 10-20 minutes.
