The autumn-winter 2022 shows saw revisions on Saville Row tailoring, Y2K trends made sophisticated and typical British quirks in voluminous patterns. We’ve identified five funky trends to wear when it starts to get chilly again:
1. Boots with the fur
Apple Bottom jeans and other low waist varieties have already made their comeback, and it was inevitable that boots with the fur would follow suit—also shoutout to Flo Rida for releasing the catchiest song of 2007.
Chet Lo took that brief quite literally, coming out with a completely furry snow boot, while Yuhan Wang went the Gucci route with a furry slipper. Both types of shoes will enhance any outfit if you’re heading out, but they’re also super appropriate to wear around the house if you’re stuck indoors for the time being.
