The 28-year-old Albanian fashion designer will also receive a year-long mentorship with experts from the French luxury conglomerate that owns Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Givenchy
The prestigious LVMH prize for young designers recognises fashion designers under 40 who have presented and sold at least two ready-to-wear collections. Since 2014, it has launched the careers of many young designers who are now industry fixtures such as Marine Serre, Grace Wales Bonner and Marques' Almeida.
In its eighth edition, LVMH picks Central Saint Martins graduate Nensi Dojaka who has been making a name for herself for her distinct mini dresses with strappy designs, ruched detailing and sheer panelling. In fact, her London-based label has been growing a cult following online in the last two years, with her designs seen on Emily Ratajkowski, Kendall Jenner, Kaia Gerber and many more.
