The buzzy Korean star proves to be just as sophisticated on the red carpet as she is in the hit Netflix drama

Fans of Korean dramas have found a new star to fawn over: Park Eun-Bin, the exceptional actress that brought to life the titular character of Netflix’s Extraordinary Attorney Woo.

On the hit television series, Park is seen in an array of prim and professional ensembles worthy of her lawyer character, but the actress’s real-life style is similarly sophisticated and wouldn’t look out of place in a courtroom setting.

For proof that Park should be on your radar not just for her acting chops but also for her fashion sense, we highlight her most impressive red carpet looks below.

At the 2023 Critic’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles, Park graced the red carpet looking like a princess in a light blue column dress by Jenny Packham (incidentally, one of Kate Middleton’s favourite designers). The actress, who was accompanied by Extraordinary Attorney Woo director Yoo In-sik, was simply breathtaking in her ensemble, which even came with a crystal-embellished tulle cape.

2. The Skirt Suit

Adding a dose of fun to the typical courtroom coords she wore in Extraordinary Attorney Woo, Park attended a press preview for the show alongside co-stars Kang Tae-Oh and Kang Ki-Young in a bright pink skirt suit from Korean fashion label Eenk that owes much to Chanel and Jacquemus. Finishing her look with beige pumps, Park demonstrated a lawyer-approved way to nail the Barbiecore trend.

Even before her lawyer role, Park knew how to command attention in a blazer. The tailored, all-black Fendi look she wore to the The Witch: Part 2 photocall was a masterclass in layering, featuring a belted waist and wide leg wool pants that took up room and made an impact.

4. Asymmetry Play

While promoting her 2019 drama Stove League, Park looked sharp in another skirt suit, this time featuring a crisp, double-breasted blazer that featured flowing pleats on one side. That detail transformed what would have been a boring white suit into a striking, asymmetrical ensemble that was surprising to see on the red carpet.

5. Dreamy Tulle

Park had a fairytale moment at the 58th Baeksang Arts Awards in 2022 when she wore a stone blue tulle gown to the red carpet. Her dreamy off-shoulder dress featured sheer sleeves that elegantly accentuated her arms, and the cut-out detail, while revealing, was perfectly placed to keep Park looking like a princess.

6. Lady in Blue

Park cut a fine figure at the 24th Blue Dragon Film Awards in 2021 when she arrived to the red carpet in another off-shoulder style, this time a mermaid dress cut from midnight blue fabric. While the actress only accessorised with a diamond ring and a pair of dangling crystal earrings, her look was undeniably classic, and that simplicity allowed her to steal the spotlight.

7. Queen of the Night

At the 2021 KBS Drama Awards, Park looked every bit as regal as her role in The King’s Affection when she wore a black velvet gown with a scoop neckline—all the better to show off her sparkling necklace—and leg-of-mutton sleeves, a detail borrowed from historic finery.

8. Pretty in Pink

Not to be outshined by the stars she was hosting at the 2020 SBS Drama Awards, Park took to the stage in an elegant, one-shoulder pink satin mermaid gown that recalled Marilyn Monroe’s iconic Gentlemen Prefer Blondes dress. The rosy hue of Park’s dress made her stand out all the more against the sea of black tuxedos and LBDs that her peers wore to the awards ceremony.
