In 2015, Jaeger-LeCoultre worked with Dutch boutique Gassan Diamonds to create a Vincent van Gogh tribute Reverso à Eclipse watch featuring his iconic Sunflowers. This year, the two collaborate to make a Reverso watch with an enameled miniature of the Selfportrait as a painter (1887-88) on the dial.

The Reverso à Eclipse is a reversible watch featuring a platinum case equipped with the in-house Jaeger-LeCoultre caliber 849. On the dial, the unique craftsmanship of the enamel painting demands precision, virtuosity, and patience from the Manufacture, one of the few places in the world where this fine art tradition is carried out.

The watch company has made only four pieces of the unique masterpieces. One special model can be viewed in the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam.
