John Lobb just opened its doors in the Philippines, at Greenbelt 3 beside Hermes! This historic men's footwear brand first came to be in 1866 on Regent Street in London. They are highly respected and are donned by many sophisticates, ranging from the aristocracy to the political and business elite alike. Many of whom made and still make great use of their bespoke services. John Lobb’s shoe making principles are rooted in excellent craftsmanship, quality, and timeless designs – some of which have literally lasted for over a half a century. The company branched out from soley working with bespoke services, entering the ready-to-wear world in the 1980’s. “Going into retail was a natural progression for the brand. The stores have grown organically; we have 24 all over the world, targeting key cities such as Manila. We will only open stores in strategic locations—it is not all a matter of how many doors we can open” shares Nicholas Holt, John Lobb's Regional Director.
