The design is a physical representation of La Prairie’s quest for timeless beauty. It is developed internally by Stana Pijunovic, in-house chief architect at the head of a team of Swiss architects and designers. The concept brings “a style at once raw and refined, deceptively simple in its execution, physically intense yet always in poetic balance with the surrounding landscape.” Meanwhile, the new visual merchanidisng aesthetic takes a conceptual approach that is rooted in nature itself. Using wood and mineral elements, natural and noble materials, it shows off the beauty of nature and at the same time demonstrates a deep respect for it. To highlight the link that binds La Prairie and art, adorning the store are commissioned sculptures that represent each of the brand’s key skincare collections.
