Happy Skin launches a brand new bridal themed collection, which aims to bottle the priceless radiance that exudes from a bride.

Be it the transformative power of her makeup, her gorgeous gown, the irrepressible excitement of celebrating with her friends and family, finding someone she wants to spend her life with, or a total mixture of emotions.

This is the very idea that inspired Happy Skin to create this makeup collection that is by no means limited to those who are engaged. What woman doesn’t want a radiant glow and a luminescent fresh face?

Happy Skin Honors Bride-to-Be Coleen Garcia

When this home grown brand began thinking of the woman who would best represent this collection, they thought, why not choose an actual bride-to-be. Happy Skin partnered with actress and host Coleen Garcia who is soon to wed Billy Crawford in 2018.

For Garcia, saying yes to Happy Skin was simple: “I use Happy Skin literally on a daily basis. My daily lippie is the moisturizing one,” she says, sharing that her go-to shade is the nude Crushing On You. “I like to go for the natural look and Happy Skin gives me just that.” Garcia also uses Happy Skin lippies whenever she tapes for her TV soaps: “Even for the darker [lippie] shades like Hot Stuff, which I’m so obsessed with, everybody asks me every day what lipstick I wear, because it is so nice.”

Garcia shares that her everyday makeup is done in three steps: “Sunscreen, mascara, and a good lippie,” she says. And this fresh, easygoing look is also what she wants to capture on the day she gets married. Coleen says, “I just want to go for the same look I’m comfortable with—natural, less is more. I’ll be getting married at the beach so at the end of the entire ceremony, I want to look as fresh as when I started to walk down the aisle.”

To help spread the happiness she feels on the inside, Garcia is donating a portion of sales from the bridal collection to her charity of choice, welfare institution Hospicio de San Jose.

The Launch 

To launch this new collection, Happy Skin worked with one of the country’s best bridal photographers, Pat Dy and internationally acclaimed jewellery brand, Jewelmer. Dy  photographed the press and influencers in a small photo shoot, where women wore Happy Skin’s new makeup. Jewelmer, known for the world’s most lustrous South Sea pearls, upped the ante by providing the ladies with stunning accessories, giving them the complete bridal experience.
