Jordan's store launch shouldn't come as a surprise since the Philippines had always been obsessed with basketball. Which is why the Manila Jordan Brand Store is introducing a new retail design concept for Filipinos that takes inspiration from Michael Jordan's legacy.

“Basketball is more than just a sport in the Philippines, it is embedded in the culture. In the high streets of Manila or the local barangays across the country, the passion for basketball inspires and drives the communities," Nike Philippines' Country Marketing Manager, Jino Ferrer shared.

Customised laces, dubraes, aglets, and tees will also be used at the launch.

If you take a look around, you'll even notice artworks by Veejay Villafranca, Jaime Pacena, Raxenne Maniquiz, and AJ Dimaruco across the store as a way to celebrate the local culture.

The basketball court at the store's rooftop is also a sight to see with the unique mural designed by the NYC artist Kimou Meyer, otherwise known as Grotesk. This basketball court will be used for community games, activations, clinics, and special guest appearances. But you can always take photos of your new pair on feet with the stunning mural designed by Grotesk.

When you drop by for Manila Jordan's launch on 3 December, look for the limited Air Jordan 4 Retro 'Manila'. There are only 150 pairs of these — make sure you cop a pair!
