The Reconstructive Treatment adds strength and shine to revitalise hair. Packed with amino acids, it targets colour-treated and re-bonded hair. “It’s a revolutionary treatment I can use on anyone with every colour and every kind of hair,” DanTee says, as he applies the miracle solution on to hair strands then blow-dries it to seal in nourishment.
HEADS by Volu-med’s holistic approach melds well-researched products and the right application, which culminates in great hair design. “This new year will bring a mix of geometry and tailored texture,” forecasts DanTee, referring to his 2019 Hair Architects collection called GEOMETEX. Inspired by gender fluid designs, the Manhattan-trained stylist uses colour melting and cuts to create a unique palette of textures to complement facial features.
“For the women who might not even have a blow-dryer, these cuts and colours are easy to wear,” he says, aligned with HEADS’ goal to educate clients on hair care they can practice at home.
