For its 260^th anniversary, Vacheron Constantin unveils the limited edition collection Harmony, which features a new cushion shape and reinvented calibres. Four models showcase the house’s excellence in measuring short times with the monopusher chronograph, whilst three dual-time models round off the seven of the first models of the collection.

The Harmony collection draws inspiration from the architectural lines and distinctive design of the first wrist chronographs made by the company in the late 1920s. Each of the first seven models carries a curved case middle, a square bezel, and a round watch glass, which have been devised in a way that takes into account the reflection of light, the shape, and the optimal comfort. Similarly, the silver-toned dial, blue-painted Arabic numerals, and slender leaf-type hands have been reinvented to guarantee perfect readability.

Another technical feat that Vacheron Constantin achieved in the making of this collection is its monopusher chronograph, which comes in the form of the world’s thinnest monopusher split-second chronograph, the monopusher tourbillon chronograph, the monopusher pulsimetre chronograph, and the double-pusher ladies’ chronograph.

The three new monopusher chronographs in the collection is the product of seven years of work, with calibres developed and produced entirely within the Manufacture Vacheron Constantin. Keeping in mind its watchmaking heritage whilst taking advantage of cutting-edge technologies, Vacheron Constantin’s new calibres provide a wealth of advancements in terms of materials, precision, functionality, aesthetics, and user-friendliness. In particular, the development of self-winding Calibre 2640 DT resulted to the dual-time display models.
