The titanium and black ceramic timepiece is the follow-up to 2021's Black Panther Royal Oak

Audemars Piguet officially has a Marvel collection. Two years after the release of the “Black Panther” Royal Oak comes its second Marvel watch, this time featuring the iconic Spider-Man. The iconic character is cut from a single block of white gold and shaped in his classic web-slinging pose. An expert combination of hand-engraving, laser-engraving, and hand-painting gives it a life-like 3D appearance. It takes 50 hours of work by one artisan to complete one Spider-Man.

Spider-Man looks like he’s fighting his way through the openworked dial that is composed of alternating black PVD-coated gold hour markers, Arabic numerals, and hands. The 42mm titanium case with ceramic bezel and crown offer a lightweight but robust pairing with the powerful dial appearance.

Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Concept Tourbillon “Spider-Man" is limited to 250 pieces. There is also a unique piece in white gold with Spider-Man dressed in his black symbiote suit that first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man comic book in 1984. The unique piece will be put on auction with the proceeds benefiting First Book and Ashoka, two non-profit organisations working to empower young people to create change and make a positive impact.
