Barbequed vegetables and fruits which the guests can dip on chimichurri, cilantro lemon butter sauce or tomato salsa will surely fire up their appetite. 

Anyone who had enough of these meats can try Café Eight’s other buffet menu selection. The appetizer section features the Make Your Own Salad, cold cuts, bread and cheeses and the soup of the day. Save some space for servings of fresh seafood, baked oysters, and other international flavors such as the Mediterranean, Indian, and Filipino. Diners can give in to their sweet temptation at the dessert corner while others can satisfy their cravings for champorado, congee, eggs benedict and more at the breakfast section. The little ones can have their own fill of burgers, hotdogs, spaghetti, cupcake, cotton candy at the kiddie buffet.
