Conrad Manila’s award-winning restaurant Brasserie on 3 is all set to welcome patrons with culinary offerings curated by Executive Chef Daniel Patterson starting 19 October
Chef Daniel presents a well-curated selection of favourites for his diners. Available to them is the option of choosing a main course from either Brasserie On 3's Asian favourites, grill, or pizza & pasta sections, each complemented by an appetiser, soup and dessert.
The Asian favourites selection includes mouth-watering Singaporean laksa, ox-tail kare-kare, and Brasserie on 3’s signature beef bulalo. From the grill, you can sink your teeth into a juicy Wagyu beef burger, some organic chicken, and a beautiful sirloin steak, among many others. If carbs are what you are after, take a trip to Brasserie On 3's pasta and pizza area which features dishes like a decadent truffle four-cheese and chicken pesto flatbread, fettuccine carbonara, and spaghetti bolognese.
