What is your evening skincare routine?

It’s not the same every night. But generally, [I] cleanse and moisturise. I like the Mario Badescu or Dr Barbara Sturm Cleanser. Then I use Shiseido Revitalizing Softener + Evidens Special Mask or Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair.

What is your holy grail product?

Dr Barbara Sturm Anti-Pollution Drops + SPF.

How did you find a skincare routine that works for you?

Just by trying them out and really seeing the difference.

What is a skincare hack you think we should know?

You don't have to stick to the same routine every day. I always change it up depending on my skin's needs.

Do you use facemasks?

Yes, Evidens special mask at least twice a week. There are also good Korean masks like Mediheal that work well!

Do you have a beauty/skincare horror story?

I got a bad allergy under my eyes for almost two years because of lash glue. Because of that, I had to stop [applying all kinds of] skincare and makeup! It was so bad [that] I would wake up with flakey, red or swollen eyes. I thought it would never go away. Then I discovered I was allergic to mascara and eye shadow, too. So I get really scared to use anything for my eyes!

That's how I got used to the no-makeup look and really started to focus on my skin.

How often do you practise skin fasting?

Sometimes just a day or two.

Are there any skincare rules you’ve broken that have done wonders to your skin?

More than just applying products, supplements are so important. I take Aronia C, Biotin, even collagen drinks and capsules, and Vitamin E + Calcium.
